something to be sipped, savored and enjoyed, not guzzled by the gallon.
Our sodas are hand mixed by soda jerks.
Fruity, sweet, spicy, whatever you can imagine, our jerks can accomodate you.
We offer five different styles of old-fashioned soda.
We offer twenty different syrup flavors.
That means you can invent over 5,000,000 different drinks. (yes, that number is five million)
Uncle Emu's Seasonal Soda
Every few months we develop a new soda especially suited to the season. These are special sodas made with natural ingredients like real fruit and agave nectar. We then reduce that recipe down to a syrup, keg the syrup and tap it on our soda fountain for you to enjoy. Our current seasonal soda is Uncle Emu's Summer Red. We are currently experimenting with big backs of bark and roots as we develop an authentic root beer for this fall.
